Clients are not required to provide personal data when visiting the Nemax Website unless they voluntarily submit such information through our contact forms, CRM systems, or other means. We do not compel clients to provide any personal data they do not wish to disclose.

Nemax assures its clients that:
  • all personal data collected is safeguarded with the highest standards of security and confidentiality;
  • only authorized employees have access to personal data, and any employee found in violation of Nemax’s privacy policies will be subject to disciplinary action;
  • collection and use of personal data are kept to a minimum, primarily for providing and improving Nemax’s products and services;
  • personal data is shared only as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and client consent;
  • information may be shared for purposes of client verification, risk management, and business operations;
  • all reasonable steps are taken to keep personal data accurate and updated.

  • your name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, country of residence, country of tax domicile, passport number, residency permit details, tax identification details, passport details, and photo;
  • our interactions with you, including any records of phone calls between you and Nemax, and logs of related information, including your phone number, time and date of calls and messages, and duration of calls;
  • identifiers Nemax assigns to you, such as your client, business relation, partner, or account number;
  • contact information, including postal address, telephone number, email address and mobile number;
  • family information, including marital status and details of any dependants;
  • financial information, including information about your financial circumstances and source of wealth, details of personal assets, bank account numbers, spending, income and credit bureau reports from relevant authorities;
  • professional information, including details of your employer, your education and career history, and business interests; and
  • website technical data, including your IP address used to access the Website, website login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access the Website.

5. Retention and Consent Management

We take measures to ensure that upon termination of our business relationship, we archive your data in line with the legal retention period.

We obtain the client’s written consent at the point of onboarding. Every client new to Nemax must provide his/her consent. We cannot enter a business relationship if we do not have consent from the client. We take every client engagement point (Branch, Digital, etc.) as an opportunity to obtain expressed consent. Our clients have the right to revoke consent. To do so, Nemax must terminate its business relationship with the client before he/she can successfully revoke the consent. In cases where there is an active contract between Nemax and the client or where there are fees/financings yet to be recovered by Nemax, the client cannot revoke the consent. All credit obligations due to Nemax must be settled before consent can be revoked/withdrawn.
